And hot on the heels of Samsung's Mango news, HTC has announced they're bringing their surprisingly thin HTC Titan to AT&T with Windows Phone 7.5 in tow. We first learned about the Titan at a fan event in London, and its specs are impressive, most obviously that 4.7" WVGA screen. Unlike the Samsung offerings, HTC's Snapdragon variant will be clocked at 1.5 GHz, though only one core remains on hand. The Titan will be available during the fourth quarter on AT&T, and Mango will be pushed to HTC's earlier Windows Phone devices, the Surround and the HD7S, during the same time frame. We'll have a hands on as soon as we can and will update as news comes about pricing.

I honestly dont know how anyone could possibly prefer a tiny 3.5" screen over a screen thats around 4.3". It's clearly better especially if the phone is super thin like the GSII which compensates for the larger width/height. If the iPhone 5 has a larger screen i'm sure all these mindless people will suddenly change there mind.Aloonatic - Tuesday, September 13, 2011 - link
"...mindless people will suddenly change there mind."I'm not disagreeing with your point, I just found that part of your final sentence particularly amusing :o)

I don't like it :| it better be customable, i don't like those green rectangles filling the whole screen. And windows 8 will have this look too ? :|

They don't have to be green and it's probably not for you as it's been designed to be easy to use (Which it is)...and Windows 8 will have a tablet mode with a metro ui look/feel along with the standard desktop that you know.

Personally, I like it and at least MS have tried something other than desktop icons. Now if they'd only sort out getting these things in the shops then that'd be great :o)
